Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

And there is no "Innocent" scenario for the CIA. If they couldn't "DISCOVER THIS PLOT" and PROTECT US from it--after multiple Senators and Congressmen tried to call their attention to Dominion'e election fraud ... then they are ADMITTING THEY ARE TOTALLY WORTHLESS.

The systems must be recertified each time they make changes to the hardware or software, which is a very costly process, in which Dominion does not recertify itself.
It seems that none of the systems used throughout the United States comply with the recertifications, which, in any case, does not prevent them from being manipulated from the software.

The excerpt seems geared to going after large blocks of votes, to have then thrown out as tainted and the vote count manipulated via Smartmatic Software. That involves a complex conspiracy to rig the election. Thinking this through, mostly for myself, but I invite critique/improvements/stronger facts.
MOTIVE: No brainer. Democrats wanted to win.
MEANS: Powell’s material in her post sets the foundation for showing that the “means” to change votes via software existed, and was integrated into it as a “feature” not a “bug”.
OPPORTUNITY: Elsewhere, we hear that there are affidavits galore proving that Republican monitors were excluded from observing the counting of vast numbers of ballots; kept 20 feet away, sent home due to fake waterline breaks; sent home when election officials declared fake halts at 3-4am, then continued counting once they got the Republican observers out. There is evidence that voting machines were connected to the internet, in violation of requirements. All the above shows “opportunity”, and deliberate creation of opportunity.
PROPENSITY: Numerous affidavits establish that election laws in key areas were broadly violated regarding deadlines for receiving lawful ballots; backdating; improper chain of custody; mass-produced fake ballots with only Biden marked; no proper ID on ballots; and no verification of those identities as a lawfully registered voters. Since the Dems were violating the law in numerous conventional ways, there is no basis to exclude that they would cheat using any other means available, including software manipulation.
EVIDENCE THAT MATERIAL SOFTWARE-DRIVEN VOTE-COUNT RIGGING SOMETHING OCCURRED ON NOV 3, 2020: Strangely, it’s not enough to prove the Dems had the motive, means, opportunity, and propensity. The mountain to climb here is proving that software was actually used to alter votes and change the outcome of the election. What individuals are accused of doing exactly what, when, and how?
There are statistical analyses showing: odd jumps in ballot counting; how certain algorithms could produce the same tainted results; and how the outcome patterns violate statistics “laws”. Is that sufficient evidence for a judge to throw out mass numbers of “votes”, knowing it will likely change the result of a national election and bring all hell down upon their heads? Or will they demand hard evidence that software was actually USED to change votes in THIS election? Without forensic analysis of the computer systems, how can you prove that occurred, absent someone willing to testify (at the price of death/family’s death)? If the plaintiff gets court orders to allow their experts to examine the computers, how long will that take? Has the computer evidence already been spoiled? Is it possible to track communications to particular computers by IP address, to show interference at set times? Or was the software rigged to do this on autopilot via the last-moment “update”, or by local thumb-drives or operatives at the scene coordinated by phone?.”

Interesting I have VRZN and today on three occasions attempting to make a call it could not be placed and I had to try again whereupon call was completed successfully.
