Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

The accepted process is:
1) Vendor QA’s systems & software. Vendor installs + configures. Election administrators prepare.
2) Everything is locked down.
3) An audit then takes place with a set of canned submissions entered and the certification process then verifying that everything runs & results as expected.
4) election proceeds.
We are still in #4 ... there is no place in those steps for software updates to have been deployed or installed prior to final certification of the election.

The systems must be recertified each time they make changes to the hardware or software, which is a very costly process, in which Dominion does not recertify itself.
