Looks like a massive sick call in to hinder completing the circle... diggers union problems?
Actually, this introductory graphic seems to imply that other sites are known that tend to complete the circle. TBD.

Good question.
Thank you for asking.
Stonehenge is yet another example of capitalist/slaveist colonialist white rape-culture, the white, thrusting sarsen-stones representing the white oppressors’ anticipation of giving people of color, thousands of yars later, nothing in exchange for their trans-generational self-imprisonment and state dependency except free food, cash, meals, and preferential treatment at universities and corporations.
The circle of Stonehenge, of course, represents the Druids’ circle of oppression: build a society, embrace law and order, create monuments, have people are not capable of building their own monuments and successful societies come from out of town to tear them down and rape and beat people in the name of social justice, and so on.
It’s all part of social progress, which is why we know so much about Stonehenge today.

Stoneage Public Works... and it is still under construction. You might see a sign in Pictish: 'Your tax Dollars at Work. Building a better Pictland.' 😋

Hmmm... I thought they were all removed after the Doctor was imprisoned in the box...
Something suspicious about this report...

"Well, its all rather wibbily wobbly timey wimey." Before I cut back from many cups, to one cup, of coffee a day, I probably would have realized that...
Of course that still leaves at least one question about a 1000-year-old centurion... Clone, android, robot???

I loved that comic strip...and Born Loser and Tank McNamara. Tank’s reporting from “Carjackistan” stayed with me and I am reminded of it every time I see anything to do with the Olympic Games.
