Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

However, getting proof to legally present in a military tribunal will be easy, since they already have it.

My take on this:
“I don’t expect...” Sometimes unexpected things happen.
“... based on the information I have today...” He might get new information. ;-)
“Mr. Durham’s work” Other people could be working on that.
“criminal investigation” IDK about this one. Are there other types of investigations?
“President 0vomit” Barr said nothing about Barry Soetoro or any other alias. Also 0vomit and Biteme are NO LONGER President or Vice President.
Maybe the investigation on both of them is already completed. In that case, no need for anything to “lead to it”.

It made sense to me because unless he’d gotten something declassified previously he’d be unable to show it to a grand jury. And the stories I read clearly suggested the list of unmaskers was new information to the DOJ. For example, the story below ran after we learned that the declas had happened and been given to Barr, but before the names were made public by Grenell last week:
“ODNI delivered information related to unmasking and we have taken note of it,” the (DOJ) official said. “We will be looking at it to the extent that it is relevant to any investigation.”

Barr specified “information I have today” and Q emphasized that text.
Barr can have the needed information tomorrow, or on any other day the public is ready to start accepting their false god Obama may not have been anything like he portrayed himself. President Trump and others in his administration are becoming more public on Obama - and slowly we will see opinions offered about him that were previously verbotten. Today, the public is not ready.
I think you have fathomed my analysis to a nano-fact. :^D
Perhaps the key to defeating viruses is to determine how they replicate themselves - at the expense of their host.

You have to read between the lines, here. Barr said no investigation is coming from “DURHAM’s” work. That doesn’t mean that there isn’t someone else doing the investigation.
Durham is taking down the criminal cabal in the FBI & DOJ. The Obama/Biden circle is not in his purview.
