Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.

As for Barr’s statement regarding Obama and Biden, I think one thing Barr has made very clear. He will not recommend charges be filed unless the case can be proved beyond a reasonable doubt. Obama and Biden have people willing to fall on their swords. Getting enough proof to legally present in court will be difficult.
It’s possible that it has to come down to who do those people fear the most. The Courts or the Cabal.
Or, maybe there is air-tight evidence the Durham has not shared with Barr...yet.

There is a lot that AG Barr did not say...
I have no doubt that 0bola will eventually be charged with his crimes. He committed many, many more than just the spying and takedown attempt, as bad as that was. And AG Barr used extremely cautious and careful legal language today.

I think Barr’s statement that he does not expect Durham to indict Biden relates to some of his earlier statements that the Durham Indictments can go forward NOW, because “They do not relate to any current candidates for President.”
In other words, indicting Biden would be seen as interference in the election, a DoJ no-no ... but indicting Comey, Clapper, Brennan, Strzok, McCabe et al. would not interfere.
