Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

Wearing a mask should be for sick people. People who are sick should not be coming to work, that should be a new ethic/habit.
Employers should stop allowing, pressuring or forcing employees to come to work when sick, and this would greatly help flu season be much less bad.

I read info from a doctor, who explained that an individual Rona viron is .006 to .14 nano something and a N95 mask stops particles .30 or bigger. The mask wearers creat a nice warm humid environment for everything sucked in and exhaled out, and they handle the mask and touch the face. No thanks. I will wash hands and not touch my face mask free.

That is why well people shouldn’t wear them, only sick people, so large clumps don’t go out into the air to land on well people.

Twitter bots were working overtime last night to wipe out more than 2.6M hits overnight.
The only ongoing threads that can touch it are the Trump Family threads.
