Wearing a mask should be for sick people. People who are sick should not be coming to work, that should be a new ethic/habit.
Employers should stop allowing, pressuring or forcing employees to come to work when sick, and this would greatly help flu season be much less bad.

I read info from a doctor, who explained that an individual Rona viron is .006 to .14 nano something and a N95 mask stops particles .30 or bigger. The mask wearers creat a nice warm humid environment for everything sucked in and exhaled out, and they handle the mask and touch the face. No thanks. I will wash hands and not touch my face mask free.
That is the way it is in Europe. Very strong pressure to not come to work sick. It is very culturally unacceptable.

Need paid sick leave, and enough of it.
Then people wouldn’t feel pressured and forced to come in sick.
