Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.

Seems to be a lot of that going around from certain blue state governors, mayors, and county commissioners lately-using Corona Chan as an excuse.
They have always shown themselves to be TOTALLY FEARLESS warriors when fighting against:

STEP ONE if this is going to happen is for the official and PUBLIC position of the United States to be that China launched this Biological Weapon of Mass Destruction deliberately.

Why did Faux News choose the Lincoln Memorial? The space where the president is seated at this very moment has only 3 walls, so there is a huge open air space to his right. I don’t like it.

As of now, Trump's position is not officially that China DELIBERATELY did it. But he knows they did and is letting the people know via the Q op.
There is no sense in entering into a war that is already won. The trick is to take out the domestic derps who conspired with China. I think it's possible to shift the blame mostly to OUR derps and not go to war with China.
And to punish China just short of all out war.
