Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.

As regards the military use in law enforcement, I don't think it changes anything. But, I'm not a JAG and hate lawyers especially when I don't need one.
Congress can authorize such an action, but won't here. With enough unrest, the President can declare martial law. That would suck but it would suck more for the DS perps. Tough to envision in an election year.

What may also yield dividends is something like a speech or a press release (or several) that we know Obama has marked up to compare against the annotations in the Flynn documents. That might reveal more similarities.
How punctuation is used is also important. Check out the position and stroke of the periods and commas relative to the letters they appear after. They look similar to me. Looks like a felt tip or or ball point pen with a good, even flow of ink was used in the personal note. A cheap pen or perhaps a pencil may have been used in the referenced annotations.

I am thinking that we got hit with a bio-weapon.
I am remembering early on that a Military Commander told his troops shortly after POTUS took office, that a big war was coming. It was not a question of if but a matter of when.
I am also remembering that it was a “trade” issue that was the main reason that Japan attacked us. They knew that our stance would lead to a situation where they would not have enough oil for the war they were fighting. Trade Wars do sometimes lead to military wars.
POTUS will NOT ignore a bio weapon attack. It has seemed to me that we have an undeclared war—and POTUS has really confirmed it by saying he’s a war-time president. And while it is convenient to talk about the virus as the enemy—we all know it’s not just that. Plus POTUS got pretty pithy with that reporter who said something about China getting by without consequences—seemed to me that some action had been taken—covert maybe?
We have treason within and a determined foreign enemy. I was kinda surprised that something didn’t happen sooner—why would our enemies allow POTUS to rebuild our military and become powerful again by bringing home the manufacturing?
What countries will be our true allies? I wonder also about Russia. Will Putin be mad enough at China to side with us? Russia is not getting off scott free from this virus.
Well, there—I’ve said what’s been on my mind for the past 3 months. Was hoping to get some clues—but not a lot out there beyond speculation.
