Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

I have two good friends who live in rural NorCal and I’ve lived in CA myself years ago. The problem with “keep it all local” is the level of election and voter corruption due years of Demshevik control. And the vast numbers of illegals, also due to Demsheviks.
When the Demshevik (and Repubicans but there are fewer rotten ones and some of them have left the field) are taken out of circulation and served with nice piping hot justice, then local control of what should be local will work again.
