Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

Juuno later joins the conversation and says he is with S in GT. He is telling Severus that. Unless Severus and S can be in two different places at the same time, then S is not Severus and Severus is not S.
Your S theory is hereby debunked.
I'd say he's a likely candidate and should be on the suspect list. Juules appears to be somebody that makes decisions and give approval to underlings. He was high up in the DOJ and would be a mid-level shot caller in this conspiracy, which is the impression I get from Juules convo.

Randolph county Georgia is very close to Albany. Very rural heavily black population. Albany concentrates the population...aaand they refuse to practice social distancing. Look at statistical number of aids cases over time and the areas correlate.
The other hotspot in Georgia is west of Atlanta. Guess wht characteristics they share with Albany?

That sounds exactly right. They talked about their 'friends in NY' having a secure connection. Either comm connection of media connection (in context)

They only have authority to quarantine sick people who have demonstrated a willful disregard for the health of others (think typhoid Mary). They have zero authority to place the public under house arrest. Bill Barr has authority to use the DOJ to enforce the constitution on any local govt. that disregards the civil liberties of its citizens.
