Is Bruce Ohr “Juules”?

I'd say he's a likely candidate and should be on the suspect list. Juules appears to be somebody that makes decisions and give approval to underlings. He was high up in the DOJ and would be a mid-level shot caller in this conspiracy, which is the impression I get from Juules convo.

And again, if GT = Georgetown, isn't that where DC derps hang out?
