Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

Company I was at made ~50% margin on their MRIs when I was there. That is cost of parts, labor, and manufacturing overhead (inventory carry cost, electricity, etc) + margin. Now that is only for the System (magnet, main transmit coil, electronic cabinets(3), computer console, software) and does not include the surface coils (knee, head, shoulder, etc). That was a whole other business (sold to multiple MRI makers) and team, but was roughly in the same situation.
He authorized the whole of the drilling Reserve across the board. While it includes the medical people, if required in the Marines it is also a full division/air wing/Force Service Support contingent. Last time it happened was Desert Storm. SecDef can pull the trigger to activate the drilling Reserves of the Army/Navy/Air Force for up to 24 months. In the Corps, that means 96 hours to mobilize once the order is received. With the airlines as they are, for the Wing components this should happen even faster.

what it means, in a nutshell, is all those concern trolls that graced the prior thread in recent days, trying to get the CARES act defeated, weren’t paying attention. For decades now, when a President signs a bill, he can attach a signing statement which his directive to the agencies on how to implement the bill. Basically it’s a back-door line item veto whereby Congress passes the law and POTUS then decides how it will be implemented - he directs the Executive Branch.
when I receive those it usually means I’ve exceeded by bandwidth for the month, the service is disabled, but I can upgrade or purchase more for the month.
Not a finance/economics guy, but as I read it the Fed can only invest in certain things that are 100% guaranteed by the federal government: treasuries, Fannie May mortgage backed securities, etc
The financial markets were starting to lock up because while liquidity was there it wasn’t being invested or allowed to flow where it was needed.
Now they are creating additional securities (not sure what the 3 letter things are) that the Fed can invest in. The treasury will OWN the security and it will be held by Black Rock as the manager of the security. The Fed will invest using those securities as the 100% backing...but the Treasury owns the security and if they pull or sale them then the Fed can’t invest in them anymore and/or I suppose could end up with a call to sell them at a loss.
That’s about what I’ve been able to figure out so far. It does appear that the Treasury has more power over the Fed then what they had before...just not sure how all the bells and whistles work inside and the devil is in the details with this stuff.
Best news I have had in a week!! This has been just AWFUL however this news is a very bright light at the end of this tunnel obviously the Dems were oblivious to this happening to busy trying to shove their green new deal into the package!!!
