Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.

Thank you. I would need more specifics to know that she is on the dark side, and also Pence. This PepFar is not on its face evil; very possibly money that was honestly meant was siphoned off or given to bad orgs that the Pepfar people did not know were corrupt. Soros and bad actors have poisoned many aspects of our government but not necessraily the uplines were all involved. I would need more evidence before assume that Pence and Birx (and many others) are automatically bad actors because of being somehow involved in PepFor.
Amother point is Rudy Giuliani is working with the administration, and there are few people probalby who know more about Ukraine corruption and the actors invovled then he does, and if Trump was appointing corrupt people to very sensitive and important positions he would want them vetted carefully, and Giuliani would have most likely informed Trump.

I would not include Cates in the same category as Sundance. otherwise I agree with your assessment. Cates gets paid as a journalist by Epoch Times and I have no problem with that. He is very good at research and investigation and often comes up with good stuff. Sundance I have no use for.
