When was the last time you saw a TRULY horrendous film? If you've got the stomach for poor film making, bad acting, lousy production values, terrible writing, etc...then have I got a film for you! D-Day (2019 version)
One of my favorite all-time war movies is “Brest Fortress”.
Try Kung Fury.
He fights Adolf the Kung Fuehrer.
Nazis on T-Rexs, samuri swords, and it even has David Hasslehoff in it.

Well, I kinda liked it when Piep - uh sorry, Hessler got roasted alive with his own Nazi theme music playing.
I actually thought that was pretty cool. When I was 12.
I agree
Worth seeing.....but over rated
I liked Fury, and 1917.
I really like “They Shall Never Grow Old”.
Midway was GREAT!
I might like this one as well.
I liked “Dunkirk: and the “Hunting Hitler” documentary series a lot as well.
Maybe I am not a good judge of movies.
I liked Midway
I saw Midway in a theater. Later when it was available on Disk, I purchased the Disk. I think that I might just watch it again tonight.
That business with the sinking of the Arizona, I want to watch it again. It is important to keep it in our memories. The dramatization was good as far as I am concerned.
I do not understand what you Movie Critics are talking about.
Nope.
I looked it up.
Looks like a good sports movie.
Come and See,
Brutal WW II movie that never lets up. Only the ending is weird.
Just about every actor in the country was in “The Longest Day”.
An interesting tid bit: Richard Todd plays a general who meets Richard Todd at a bridge. Richard Todd was in the battle as was Scottie from “Star Trek”.
Battle of the Bulge(1965) wasn’t bad, it was just not about the battle of the Bulge. OK, a couple of scenes and that was all.The other 2 hours and 50 minutes was about tank attacks and such.
“Tank attack” would have been a better title, and cut back to 2 hrs.
Well, just wait. Dennis Quaid is Ronald Reagan in an upcoming movie.
I was going to check out Motherless Brooklyn until Ed Norton was prattling on about it being a statement on Trump or some other liberal issue. I also watched the first episode of Picard, but I knew Stewart said the show was anti-Trump and I could see where it was going (the ban on synthetics being their analogy for the travel ban).
Megaforce.
Brad Pitt’s tank movie was “Fury” about two years back. He got an Oscar for “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood” this year but actually deserved it for “Fury”. He says such idiotic things in real life yet his acting in films like “12 Monkeys” and “Fight Club” earns my respect.
Kelly’s Heroes is getting up there on my fav list. Great actors having fun, Eastwood, Savalas, Sutherland, Rickles (very underrated as an actor), McLeod and Harry Stanton plus others. Very high production values. Great dialogue. Actual plot or story not so much.
It was so awful, that when they showed the spacecraft flying low over the planet's surface, up in the corner of the screen you could see a parking lot with its yellow stripes...
