Hydroxy chloroquinine is effective against the Chinese virus because it alters the PH of the cells in the body, making it impossible for the virus to live. This is how this drug worked against malaria parasites.
Other drugs being tested suppress the virus but do no totally eliminate it.
There is a hotspot in Colorado—San Miquel County, where Telluride is located.
There may a new strain of Chinese Virus that has landed there. The county is on lockdown, but they will be testing everyone with a blood test (not a nasal swab).
What is ominous about this is that this is the first time young children have been affected by this virus.In other areas where the disease manifests itself, young people and children are not affected.

San Miguel County is partnering with United Biomedical (UBI) and its subsidiary c19 taking on the COVID-19 pandemic, to be the first in the United States to test an entire county with UBI’s COVID-19 blood test.
The testing is being offered free of charge by UBI and c19 and will be administered by the Public Health Department of San Miguel county, with the goal of detecting and containing community spread, and proviiding a more accurate assessment of disease prevalence.

Very common with millionaires or other people who invest heavily in the market. In fact my small investment was even controlled this way by my financial advisor since so much of my retirement income at the time was invested in the market. You sell while still high and then your advisor uses that money to invest when market it low. I did it all manually and ended up doubling my investment when it was over. My advisor was impressed because he hadn’t been in on the decisions.
When you have automatic “buys” taken out of your paycheck, one actually ends up ahead when the market balances out (which it always does eventually) My concern now are the pension funds and if they have a similar protection.
And I’m concerned for people like P who has no income if the government is giving money based on income tax filed he’s out of luck —-as are many who live on the street.

Still, I don't know any other way to to do it - filtering through local MDs would get the same result. They aren't going to deny their patients a test.
I guess it is like toilet paper. After everybody has enough tests they will stop asking.
