Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

By definition there is something mentally wrong with a person who would murder strangers for reasons none of the rest of us would ever understand.
If they happen to be in therapy, and say: "Hey, doc, I'm thinking of shooting up a public place, and probably getting killed by the cops," then YES, the shrink has a LEGAL OBLIGATION TO CONTACT AUTHORITIES.
By definition, none of those who do the shootings have actually had such a moment (or they WOULD have been turned in).
Lacking such evidence, you can rest assured that leftist psychologists (which is a great many of them) would badly abuse any further power they might be given, just like they have abused their power to pump drugs into millions of children.

It came from, as noted, a Field Office. It is not to be found on the Official FBI site. I just spent more than 15 minutes searching the official FBI website and I cannot find this document.

Proposal for the FReeQs.
Let’s assume that we are in the 10 days of darkness (though this is still relevant even if we are not).
I suggest that we use this time to dig and that we organize ourselves to do so as efficiently and productively as possible.
I propose a list of topics which FReeQs can volunteer to dig on. That way we can focus our efforts and cover all bases.
Here is my starter set of topics. I’ve chosen them based on *my* idea of what might be most helpful to the Q team if we uncovered something. Feel free to add to the list.
1. targets for future FF events (like Houston and MI from Biden’s email)
2. the shoe thing
3. Biden. Pay attention to what he’s tweeted or blurted out. He is stupid and probably has blurted out things that the DS would like hushed up.
4. Election fraud. Not just voter ID but much more. (This might be divisible into subcategories.
5. Follow the money. (could also be dozens of subcategories. Red Cross. Baltimore. Foreign Aid. Iran deal. specific politicians and derps and their sources - book deals, wives’ jobs, .....)
If you like this idea, “sign up” for a topic. I’ll try to keep track of who’s digging on what. Maybe add it to my home page.
Don’t feel constrained to participate or to restrict yourself to these topics. Send me suggestions for additional topics. I would (humbly) suggest that we focus on things that will help the Q team. So digging on whether RM/RR are WH or BH might be interesting, but probably not helpful because I’m confident the Q team already knows the answer to that. JMO.

But not going to buy their allowing him unsupervised access to the facilities...
Because if he DOES have an ID to roam about wherever...there’s funny business afoot...
You don’t just walk in the front door and straight up to your lawyer’s office. YOu need an ID to get out of the lobby, another swipe to get on the elevators, another swipe to get out of the ‘elevator man trap lobby’ and into the hall/building where the people you’re visiting work...etc.
I just worked in finance, not some organization that fights really scary people. So I can’t imagine they’d have MORE lax security than in my building. I had to badge to operate the turnstile in the lobby, badge to get in the elevator, badge again to get off the elevator landing to my floor, badge to get off the main hall into my office area. It’s why everyone had their badges on chains or lanyards. You don’t open/close your purse/wallet every time you go to the bathroom or down the hall. Or leave your badge by your desk and get trapped in no mans land between access points.
And if someone saw you w/o a badge you were usually challenged if they didn’t recognize you right away. There weren’t ‘random civilians’ roaming the hallways looking for this or that person. Or looking for this or that former coworker to ‘catch up to over lunch’ or sitting in meetings for old times sake...’oh Hey, I was just over in building X visiting my lawyer and thought I’d drop by your office to catch up...’
Visitor ID, Guest ID...same thing.
ID enables you to wander around w/o a ‘chaperone’ or ‘handler’.
You can go/come at will w/o hanging out in the lobby waiting for your handler to fetch you to your appointment. And you can leave when you choose w/o waiting for someone to walk you out past the badge access points.
