1) You must be verified by the SSO (Security Officer) as having the appropriate clearance.
2) Generally TS/SCI and read on to the relevant compartment(s).
3) Yes but VERY stringent precautions must be put in place to conceal the nature and subject of the work generally performed in the SCIF.
4) Possibly. It depends on the purpose of the meeting and the nature of the SCIF.
5) Ditto.
6) Possible but highly unlikely. It would require command approval and the SSO would have to be deceived or approve. If improper, this is cause for IMMEDIATE removal from the program and firing for cause for ALL involved.

What security level must exist in order to gain entry?
At least as high level as the topic to be discussed, normally Top Secret for a SCIF environment.
Can non-security-level person(s) be invited to participate?
Yes. An example would be a cleaning crew, but all classified info must be covered/concealed and a flashing red light is illuminated to let workers know that there are uncleared personnel present. Even the cleaners have to have a valid security clearance, but they are assumed to not have a need-to-know.
Do logs exist for each designated meeting?
They are supposed to. The security person for the SCIF should maintain a log.
Do logs record time in/time out/who in/who out?
Yes. Also level of clearance and who invited or sponsored them into the SCIF.
Ability to enter (arrange) w/o paper trail?
Not legally. There would have to be a conspiracy of more than one person to skirt the legal requirements to document entry and exit.

Bromine is in the periodic family of chlorine but is “safer” for human contact. Bromine means “food”. Many brominated chemicals are food additives and my favorite food is a naturally occurring bromine...theobromine - god’s food AKA: chocolate.
Are these (biphenyl) “precursor” or gateway chemicals that ^helped^ MKUltra drugs? Check the list of associated maladies (ADHD is one).
