No, but that would time stamp the death. It also creates a trail of people that have known. If a person were to know that they know and it’s regarding a Supreme Court Justice that is supposedly making rulings, they may also think their life is in danger for knowing.
Concealing the death of RBG, if true, and if they do, would be a smoking gun of historical significance much like the assasination of Arch Duke Ferdinand.

The more ridiculous AOC gets the more I wonder if she isn’t a plant to help stir up the Dems and an absolute mess of the sham they’ve been putting on.
I could really see her as an “actress” helped to get in place by the white hats to dance and twirl among the Dems getting them closer and closer to blows with each other as they realize their house of cards is going up in smoke.

Russia to disconnect from the internet as part of a planned test
Russian authorities and major internet providers are planning to disconnect the country from the internet as part of a planned experiment, Russian news agency RosBiznesKonsalting (RBK) reported last week.
The reason for the experiment is to gather insight and provide feedback and modifications to a proposed law introduced in the Russian Parliament in December 2018.
A first draft of the law mandated that Russian internet providers should ensure the independence of the Russian internet space (Runet) in the case of foreign aggression to disconnect the country from the rest of the internet.
In addition, Russian telecom firms would also have to install “technical means” to re-route all Russian internet traffic to exchange points approved or managed by Roskomnazor, Russia’s telecom watchdog.
Roskomnazor will inspect the traffic to block prohibited content and make sure traffic between Russian users stays inside the country, and is not re-routed uselessly through servers abroad, where it could be intercepted.
A date for the test has not been revealed, but it’s supposed to take place before April 1, the deadline for submitting amendments to the law –known as the Digital Economy National Program.
The test disconnect experiment has been agreed on in a session of the Information Security Working Group at the end of January. Natalya Kaspersky, Director of Russian cyber-security firm InfoWatch, and co-founder of Kaspersky Lab, presides over the group, which also includes major Russian telcos such as MegaFon, Beeline, MTS, RosTelecom, and others.

Confirm The Clock is a delta counter for comms?
Q, deltas are definitely used for comms between Q and POTUS. The confirmed delta markers are [0], [1], [5], [10], and [15] minutes, [30] days, and [1 year]. There are also others like [2], [6], [7], and [17] minutes (and now the new negative markers).
Thinking logically, it would be easy to deduce The Clock would be a delta counter, a.k.a. a stopwatch. The markers you would wind it with would be the delta markers. You would metaphorically wind it back to the [0] position to look for a delta when Q and POTUS post and tweet respectively. If there was a significant delta, you would then record that delta and see if there were comms (not all deltas have comms, which was been confirmed). You would then metaphorically wind the clock back to the [0] position for the next use. There are several examples of Q-POTUS deltas being used for comms when they are one of the delta markers.
This is a theory based off crumbs and the already established and confirmed deltas and the comms associated with those deltas.
Anons have been analyzing the deltas recently, and some think each delta marker has a specific significance, but those are just theories. It’d be effective for this theory of The Clock to be confirmed to then expand on it.

Wouldn’t you want to know if emails, etc., sent within your country were being routed all over the world so they could be scooped up by foreign intelligence ops or other snoopy parties? I would.

Remember Q 2598 with the picture in the Trump elevator? Santa was holding a hammer. Hank “Hammer” Aaron hit his 755th home run on July 20th which lines up with Feb 15 on the Q clock.
Also, if my calculations are correct, POTUS in office for 755 days on Feb 15.
