I told Physical Therapist probably could use a sling for my arm, so I quit using the left one. But then of course I do use my right more and then it would hurt. So yeah, you’re straight jacket ideas probably the best.

Hi! The wrist is about the same. But I have been wearing the brace more. I didn’t have it with when I bought a big bag of dog chow last week. Sometimes I encounter a hard to open door at a store without the brace too. Opening the tailgate of the truck is kind of stressful so I try to use my left hand more than the right. More brace wearing is needed.

How’s the elbows?

By the grace of God, we will be better by spring.

President López Obrador has declared his support for the leader of the United Kingdom Labour Party to become the next British prime minister.

He made the endorsement of Jeremy Corbyn, whom he described as “my eternal friend,” during a gathering of high-profile friends at López Obrador’s ranch in Palenque, Chiapas, yesterday.

López Obrador, who is being sworn in today, posted a video to social media in which he appears with Corbyn, Miguel Ángel Revilla, president of the Spanish autonomous community of Cantabria, and Cuban singer Silvio Rodríguez.

I don’t know what to think about the France riots. If people are unhappy about high energy prices because of climate change taxes I can understand a peaceful protest, but I have a feeling it’s a lot more than that, Muslims involved somehow.

Turkey’s Erdogan warns Europeans ‘will not walk safely on the streets’ if diplomatic row continues
It comes after German Chancellor Angela Merkel warned war of rhetoric must stop

Europeans across the world will not be able to walk the streets safely if they keep up their current attitude towards Turkey, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has warned.

Turkey has been mired in a diplomatic row with Germany and the Netherlands after they banned Turkish officials from campaigning in support of an April referendum on boosting the Turkish President’s powers.

“If Europe continues this way, no European in any part of the world can walk safely on the streets,” Mr Erdogan told journalists in Ankara.

I actually put my arm in a sling when I feel a pulled muscle. Even if it’s just in intervals, it helps. Sometimes I have to bandage my hand to a straight board. We use and/or put parts of our bodies in ways we don’t realize.

Yes, it is hard to get going when I’m tired from not sleeping well, but then I have a good excuse to hang out here more.

Got a call from one of my cousin’s oldest son.

Asked a lot of questions about his grandmother, my aunt, and e-mailed me a picture that was taken at my grandfather’s funeral and needed me to identify who they were and how they were related, I’m in the picture at age 5 and had never seen the photo even tho it was evident my mom had sent it to her sister, his grandmother. My mom’s writing was on the back of photo.

I have spent all afternoon doing genealogy and research to get family names right so he could look them up if he wanted.
