I’m taking 4 beet capsules a day. Haven’t noticed more circulation but I hope it is happening. Are you able to drink your beet juice?

Cotten the 3rd day trying to drink the beet juice made me gag so I quit trying. You were smart to get the capsules. Anyway my knee pain went away but it probably would have on it's own anyway. I am having more pain with my right arm and shoulder again which I am right handed so it makes it difficult.

Today has been real damp and dreary outside and that dampness just goes right through me.

I did watch Hannity last night and I am hoping there will be some BIG happenings this next week but I have my doubts. President H.W. Bushes funeral will take over the whole week.
