I told Physical Therapist probably could use a sling for my arm, so I quit using the left one. But then of course I do use my right more and then it would hurt. So yeah, youre straight jacket ideas probably the best.

I’m just overdoing thinking mostly, hence the possible need for straight jacket, LOL.
I actually put my arm in a sling when I feel a pulled muscle. Even if it’s just in intervals, it helps. Sometimes I have to bandage my hand to a straight board. We use and/or put parts of our bodies in ways we don’t realize.
