LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) — Adult film actress Stormy Daniels took a back seat to her attorney Michael Avenatti’s newest high-profile client, a yet unnamed woman who is accusing embattled Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct. She is the third woman to do so in recent weeks.
“She is 100 percent credible, and when the American people hear from her, they will determine, as I have, that she is to be believed,” Avenatti told reporters outside a downtown L.A. courthouse Monday.
Avenatti said his client is a “contemporary” of Kavanaugh’s who went to the same public school in the Washington D.C. area. The allegation comes on the heels a new disclosure by Deborah Ramirez, who claims Kavanaugh exposed himself to her at a party while both were students at Yale University in the 1980s. Professor Christine Blasey Ford was the first to publicly accuse Kavanaugh as his confirmation hearing was coming to a close more than a week ago. She alleges Kavanaugh pinned her down at a high school party and attempted to sexually assault her.
On Monday, Avenatti tweeted a screenshot of an email he sent to the chief counsel of the Senate Judiciary Committee, the body overseeing Kavanaugh’s confirmation hearings.

In it, Avenatti said his client is willing to talk to the Federal Bureau of Investigation to detail “how she was victimized and what she observed” during parties where Kavanaugh and his friends would allegedly get girls intoxicated on drugs and alcohol in order to “gang rape them.”

Remember, it’s the seriousness of the charges that count. Facts are elusive and not a requirement in this day and age.

Do not dismiss out of hand these accusations. There are reasons to disbelieve them from the start because of the timing and the fact they went to this lawyer instead of a legitimate news source or political party. But......the timing couldn’t be worse, coming as it will immediately before the Ford hearing. Kav has debunked both Ford and Ramirez’ accounts. The fact they have been debunked will be lost in the sensation of the new ones. Additionally, the fact of the new ones will add credence, in some minds, to the debunked accounts.
It will cause delay. We must decide now, so a replacement can be nominated and confirmed before Jan.
Of course it’s wrong of CBS reporting on a person who hasn’t been identified, as if they’re introducing the person in the article.

She went to the same public school as kavanauh? Didn’t he go to an all boys private school, Georgetown prep?

It's just a matter of changing names and places; accusers will be coming out of the woodwork, especially since it will have been proven that the Republicans can be intimidated by such accusations.
He cannot announce yet who she is, because he is still holding auditions for the role.

Actually they are in the sense that a rapist cannot claim he is a virgin. Get real. He is saying he had not sexually known a woman. Isn’t that level of humiliation enough to satisfy you women?
No sane person would say, “why yes, I’m a virgin...except of course for that time I raped that girl”.
