PROTECTIVE ORDER GOVERNING DISCOVERY
Pursuant to Rule 16(d) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, the United States of America, through Special Counsel Robert S. Mueller, hereby respectfully moves the Court for entry of protective order governing the production of discovery in the above-captioned case. Entry of protective order restricting the use, dissemination, and disposition of discovery materials is essential to permit the United States to provide certain discovery to the defendant, which the defendant has requested in advance of his sentencing proceeding, while protecting among other things investigative information and other confidential materials. The United States has conferred with counsel for the defendant, and the defendant consents to this motion and entry of the attached protective order.
WHEREFORE, the government respectfully moves the Court to enter the proposed Protective Order Governing Discovery.

I noticed the ropes, tied in loops. I also noticed the rust coloration at the crease in the bottom of the pool near the drains.
This looks like a place where you’d hang game for exsanguination.
You put this with the bound children in the painting, with the lines near their necks, and it was my stomach turning (not my mind) that led me to that particular possible conclusion.
This could be a place where ‘game’ is hung and bled prior to dressing and butchering. I’m getting sick writing these words.

What I said was: “NC is a warm weather state so wouldn’t you want the pool to be outside? Or even somewhere with windows?”
Who would build a swimming pool in a dank, dark basement? They had more money than they knew what to do with so heating an outside pool wouldn’t be an issue, but even if you didn’t do that, wouldn’t normal people build it somewhere with a better view?
