Are you literally FEEDING cancer cells by putting this one food on your dinner plate?
This is important. You must stop eating this food today or you could be growing cancer cells.
Now here's where it gets really interesting...
As soon as you STOP eating it, the opposite happens: Cancer cells STARVE to death -- and die out by the thousands.
Skeptical? See the proof here.
With potatoes and wire I shall one day be the king of electricity!!!
In an Elvis suit, of course.
.
You’re in full dream mode!
Heavy exertion causes the craving for things that contain loads of sugar. (like oranges, watermellon, doughnuts, or whatever.

Good info, BTW
The difference between a donut and fruit is night & day.
Empty sugar, added sugar is donuts. It has nothing beyond quick gratification, but misery and sadness.
Nutrition is veggie & fruit, enzymes etc., even whole meat.
After running exercise, your desire for empty donuts is like eating barf, it is naturally repulsive.
After running exercise, your body demands healthy food. The natural high is a bonus, rejecting junk food.
It cures depression.
You can spending your evening on a cheap artificial high on chips and candy and pot.
Or after 20 mins of work, running, you can spend the evening feeling high, feeling good, junk free, lasts and lasts.
It is a choice.
We want to feel good about ourselves.
Yes, feeling good about oneself leads to better relations and social interaction with others. Could lead to better and more courteous driving in some cases. I do walk my dog briskly locally, will have to double up on how many times we do it.
Thanks.
Thanks for the link. I did watch the whole thing. Yes, my wife definitely has insulin resistance (confirmed by a specialist). Her sister had the bariatric surgery and did wonders for her. My wife’s weight doesn’t necessarily qualify her for the surgery but she is borderline. She has had cancer so that might be a deciding factor in her favor. This fasting series requires signing up for and I’ll look for other sources on that.
It is SUGAR!
*********
Exactly...
Fact: Sugar doesnt make cancer grow faster. All cells, including cancer cells, depend on blood sugar (glucose) for energy. But giving more sugar to cancer cells doesnt speed their growth. Likewise, depriving cancer cells of sugar doesnt slow their growth”
I guess science isn't convinced yet. There are Phase three trials going on currently with Metformin (glucose limiter) supplementing Standard of care Chemo to determine efficacy.
Sweet!
I want to thank you for the link.I have bought two books from Dr. Fung. I have lost 15 pounds easily. My wife has lost some weight and we are tackling her insulin resistance.
Thank you so much for the message. You are very welcome. Since I did the research, I try to spread the word about the ill-advised USDA pyramid and a healthy diet that really reflects the research from double blind studies and not epidemiologic assertions(which have turned out to have been bad advice).
Don’t eat Asparagus and cheese if you have cancer...
“Doctors Hate Him”
Boy, talk about coming back from the dead...this thread started in 2018!
Still valid; I see those ads all the time.

I died ten years ago.
