Okay everybody, Scalia's death. Let's start it from another point of view. Let's say, God forbid, it's the most extremist justice, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, who never should have been appointed, she was a former head of the ACLU, yet she was ushered in by the Republican RINO's who have destroyed America. Let's say, even though she's been sick with cancer for over 10 years, suddenly she goes to a remote resort in Texas, she eschews Secret Service, and she goes to sleep saying I'm tired at 9:00, she's found fully clothed in the morning with her pajamas on without a wrinkle on the bed, with her hands folded over her chest, with a pillow over her head. Question: do you think the left would be screaming foul play if a Republican were in office like Donald Trump and only a few months left to go? Do you think the left would be screaming that Donald Trump would have no right to appoint anyone to the Supreme Court? Do you think they would be demanding an autopsy and a full federal investigation?

The question is, is it a conspiracy theory to ask questions that are so obviously in need of answer, or is it just common sense. After all we’ve seen occur in this country in the last couple decades, particularly in the last 7 years, how can you still call people who question the official story “conspiracy theorists”? That’s how naive people talk.

They did the opposite of the obvious every step of the way. They couldn’t have tried to make this appear more suspicious if they tried.

Did you see what came out now, that Cinderela was on her way to see Scalias body, but the US Marshalls told her there was no need and so she turned around and went back home.
I did not call all who question “conspiracy theorists”-questioning is prudent, no matter what, and I usually question to the point of annoying. But when the facts from unrelated sources line up, maybe it is time to let go-if Scalia had been a non-smoking teetotaler without a lot of excess pounds who jogged or worked out every day, there would be ample reason for suspicion, no matter what but that was not the case...

Yes, it was disappointing. Our side can’t mislead like that.
Several subsequent reports, Fox, ABC, etc.
The Poindexter fellow subsequently said he originally misspoke or was misunderstood. When he said the pillow was over his head, he meant above his head, between head and headboard.
He didn’t mean over his face.
Poindexter keeps explaining, which in itself seems odd to me.
Others on FR pointed out Scalia couldn’t have died of suffocation; there would be burst capillaries in eyes.
But we also know Cinderela didn’t actually examine the body.
As I pointed out in another thread, Poindexter said he went to Scalia’s room at 8:30 am, knocked, got no answer, but didn’t enter.
Then returned at 11 am with unnamed friend of Scalia, and this time entered, finding Scalia dead.
Thus, Poindexter revealed he had a key—which, of course, as owner of the resort, he would. So he could have entered at 8:30 am or anytime prior to that, during the wee hours, as well.
Does this room in question have a door(s) to the outside?

I have no idea. But Poindexter, owner of the lodge, has a key to the room’s door, as he said he went in at 11am and found the body cold.
Other hotel employees would have keys, too, one would assume.
Plus, locksmith tools can be easily acquired by anyone.
Anybody with means and intent could have entered that room thru the main door, or a secondary door, if one existed.
I handnt even thought of that. Thanks for bringing it up. Reports mentioned he was in the El Presidente suite, which suggests (to me, anyway) an upstairs room, isolated from others—? Possibly with only one door, opening onto a hallway—? But I don’t know.
