The Poindexter fellow subsequently said he originally misspoke or was misunderstood. When he said the pillow was over his head, he meant above his head, between head and headboard.
He didn’t mean over his face.
Poindexter keeps explaining, which in itself seems odd to me.
Others on FR pointed out Scalia couldn’t have died of suffocation; there would be burst capillaries in eyes.
But we also know Cinderela didn’t actually examine the body.
As I pointed out in another thread, Poindexter said he went to Scalia’s room at 8:30 am, knocked, got no answer, but didn’t enter.
Then returned at 11 am with unnamed friend of Scalia, and this time entered, finding Scalia dead.
Thus, Poindexter revealed he had a key—which, of course, as owner of the resort, he would. So he could have entered at 8:30 am or anytime prior to that, during the wee hours, as well.
