Here’s a simple explanation
Red Guards were young people, who, being simple-minded communist zealots, marched, chanted slogans, and with political direction from the top (Mao Tse Dong), attacked his political enemies as directed. Mao used them to create total chaos in society to further his far-left goals. Much like the early Nazis, these were people were swept up in the political movement with a religious fervor to “promote the revolution” and support Chairman Mao.

At a recent court hearing involving a Texas police officer who shot and killed an illegal immigrant a young White woman was in the court room leading a gathering of friends and family of the victim in chants of “hands up don’t shoot”.
I saw this same young woman leading the protest in front of the home of the OU student.
I could guess that she is a foot soldier for one of Soros’s organizations. You’ve got to hand it to the progressives for their organizational skills.
