Portions of Albert Einsteins brain have been found to be unlike those of most people and could be related to his extraordinary cognitive abilities, according to a new study led by Florida State University evolutionary anthropologist Dean Falk.

I never really thought of him as wildly intelligent. He just thought in different directions than most people of the time.

A while ago I had a patient who had a small benign tumor in her brain. Her behavior and emotions changed dramatically. When I spoke to her neurologist, he said it had nothing to do with the tumor...nothing.
The fact that she and her family reported significant change to funtioning and there was a newly discovered tumor was jsut an artifact.

My anatomy instructor in college said that Einstein had far more glial cells than a ‘normal’ brain. Not sure how that would account for his intellect.

There’s some really strange stories about what may or may not have happened to his brain. There’s probably no telling for sure whether these guys are actually even working with part of his brain.
