While both my Aunt and I watch Bill O'Reilly every weeknight, I was very disappointed to hear him say that his new book says that Oswald shot JFK......
While I will continue to watch the show because there are things I like, my confidence and trust in the things he says has been greatly diminished.
You cannot shoot a man in the front from the back.
There is no need to go into everything we have written about here many times before, I just thought that rather than have some of you waste your money on the book, I'd share one of the erroneous conclusions contained within, and save you the time and money, it's just more cover up and misinformation, and I am truly sad to say so......
C’mon... Name names!!!
Oswald was a top notch expert marksman according to his Marine Corps marksmanship score cards. Take off your tinfoil hats people Oswald was the lone gunman who shot Kennedy. That does not mean that there was not a conspiracy, most likely by the Mafia if there was one, but all the physical evidence adds up to Oswald being the lone gunman firing the shots from the book depository window. If you want to read the definitive investigative book about it get “Case Closed” by Gerald Posner.
Think of it this way. How hard is it to shoot someone without anyone noticing? Exactly.
Occams Razor.
Scapegoat sacrifice for the sheeple.
Don't be shocked when they offer a few to Mexico soon!
Oswald was a movie buff, as proved by the fact that he was apprehended in a movie theater. Back in 1963 there was this belief that amateur film maker's with Super 8 cameras would replace Hollywood.
Oswald, as a movie lover, couldn't bear the thought of a future like this. When he went to work that day, he looked out the window to and saw his nemesis being wielded by Abraham Zapruder, and that's who he was aiming. Or rather what.
I like a lot about OReilly too. But he’s sure let America down by covering up, or at least refusing to inquire into, bHusseinO’s bona fides (if any )
Oswald did shoot JFK. He thought it up and did it all by himself with almost no advance notice of Kennedy’s route through Dallas or time to prepare.
He murdered President Kennedy with an entirely suitable surplus military rifle using domestically made ammunition. Firing his rounds at Kennedy at ranges between 44 and 88 yards, it was a dead simple shot for a man who learned marksmanship in the USMC.
The only conspiracy in the fact that Oswald murdered JFK is that legions of commie liberal hoaxsters have successfully persuaded a large segment of not very inquisitive people that any number of shadowy persons killed Kennedy for a wide range of absurd reasons rather than the truth that an unstable left wing whack job named Lee Harvey Oswald was alone in pulling the trigger that day.
You’re very disappointed O’Reilly doesn’t buy into your loopy conspiracy theories?
Oswald did shoot JFK.
According to his boot camp records he was a mediocre rifleman at best. Just past the minimum requirements to get out of boot camp. Even Posner admitted in his book that Oswald was never more than an average marksman.
From whence do you derive your information?
Years ago I read an article in Popular Mechanics magazine about the proof of Oswald’s guilt, written by (then) Congressman Gerald Ford.
One of the things he mentioned was that caught on the butt screw of the Carcano rilfe was found a small piece of thread that came from Oswald’s shirt.
Then there are those tests by DISCOVERY TV in which a series of artificial cadavers were set up in the same was as Kennedy and Connally. Connally was not in a regular seat but in a lower jump seat in front of kennedy.
Using a Carcano rifle with ammo from the same lot as used by Oswald, fired from the same height as the Book depository building window, the bullet tracked EXACTLY as the one that killed Kennedy, twisted, hit Connally in exactly the same place, when through him, twisted and hit his leg and arm in exactly the sane place.
You’re suffering from two serious problems here:
1 - you listen to Bill O’Reilly. He’s an idiot, blow hard jerk, self aggrandizing liar. Don’t watch his show, it just encourages him to tell more stupid lies, and it eats your brain.
2 - you believe a bad conspiracy theory, not only that but a pointless conspiracy theory. The reality of it is that Oswald probably did kill JFK, and even if he didn’t, it was 49 years ago, who cares.
Walk away from conspiracy theories, run away from talking head dipsticks like Bill O’Reilly, you’ll quickly find your life becomes simpler, and more enjoyable, and you’ll get smarter.
Dealey Plaza is a lot smaller than it looks on TV. I doubt the car was even moving very fast.
Of course this means we are all a pack of dupes and simpletons who fail to see the sinister plot that has gone undiscovered for 50 years. Some of the people around here say they know the answer (but they refuse to share for some reason).
Whatever...
Doc1019, please tell us what is this contradictory evidence that proves Oswald did not shoot Kennedy? I’m dying to know. Please please please tell me. Is it the Cyril Wecht theory of the magic bullet? Is it a shot from the grassy knoll or a shot from the overpass or a shot from the curb manhole. Is it the open police mic recording several more shots? My leg is tingeling just thinking of the conspiracies that could be launched by Doc1019’s revelations. Don’t hold back buddy let us all know what convinced you that the Warren Commission and Posner got it wrong?
Soupy Sales killed JFK.
Even a broken clock is correct twice a day.
O’Reilly is simply trying to make a few more million by writing a book quickly after his very successful “Killing Lincoln” book. And that’s all folks.
after O reillys gun rant a few months back I realized he didn’t know anything about guns but be talked like he did, now I can’t watch him because I don’t trust anything he says.
