To the moon, troll, to the moon!

During the cold war, JFK claimed to have gone to the moon. He got congress to spend billions on his moon landing and pretended america landed there, convincing congress to give him billions, the fakeness of the landing is well documented.

It seems to me that this liberal moneybags, that he took these billions for personal use, or maybe gave them to the USSR (we all know he was soft on communism)

Perhaps his death was similarly staged in order to keep his billions or keep congress of his case.

I wonder if under an obama administration we will see more moon landings.

So how was the game last night???
Did you have as much fun as you thought you would?

It was major fun!

And we won, making it even better. Largest crowd to attend a Texans game on record. :-D

I keep four months up on the wall of the kitchen. And another birthday beats the alternative!

LOL!
I’m so glad you enjoyed it. I thought of you several times, and wondered if you were freezing your cockles off.

NFL football. Jacksonville Jaguars vs Houston Texans on Monday Night Football. It was the Texans’ first MNF game. It was FUN!

Yes, it DOES beat the alternative.
My mother didn’t want to get “old,” didn’t want to be around “old” people and died at age 71.
I hated that she gave up, and determined that I would live as long as God gave me time. And I would keep busy, respect “old” people and enjoy the time I had.
In view of that, I’ll ignore my age, but still celebrate my birthdays! Howzzat?

I’m glad you had a good time. I’ve never heard of either of those teams, though.

It was chilly out, but it really wasn't too bad because there wasn't any wind.

And we each had a couple of cups of foamy, amber-colored anti-freeze. :)

Ohyah! Anti-freeze. Of course, here in the desert, we call it “coolant.”

LOL - that's what it is here most of the year, too.

In fact, today, it's warming right back up into the mid-70s. Very pleasant outside.

We’re expecting 70’s again today, too. We’ve broken several records this week, but I like it. Of course, last week, it rained all of Wednesday and most of Thursday, but we needed it. I think we got an inch.

They start doing that after awhile...first creep by very slowly, but as they warm up, towards the end, they sort of race by, the years...

I read an essay once where a guy intended to prove that as we aged, time literally went faster than it did when we were young.

It sounded pretty convincing until the thought came: How can that be, since old and young occupy the same time?

Well, it WAS well written...

LOL!

Such an eloquent description of the craft, I would love to introduce you to my chief engineer! He waxes poetic over the old ship.

We had a visit from a greyhound. Anoreth would like to adopt one. It wandered around a little and sniffed us. The catz were shut in the bedroom while it was here, but now they’re slithering around the house smelling everything.

Greyhounds make wonderful pets. They are quiet and docile.

But Vlad would not be able to ride it, appearances notwithstanding.

Every Greyhound I have ever met was convinced he was a itty-bitty lap dog.
