Thread Number Two
A. Stern testified in Seidlin's court, that he saw Danny 'about a month' before Dan flew to meet his baby sister..
B. Dr Khris stated she was also in California......close enough to Dan to be physically present with him 'right before' the flight........
C. Anna stated, and Stern testified, Stern stayed behind in California, while Anna was in So Carolina/late July in Bahamas.
D. according to Martino, the day of the flight, (following seeing Dr. Khris) Dan 'had a stomach ache' and "didnt' feel good"
E. according to Martino, Dan had been hospitalized several times over the preceding months (while both Khris and Stern were in California). Martino stated the doctors didn't know what was wrong with Dan...symptoms included racing heart, stomach cramps and lower back pain but they had not diagnosed his condition.
F. the P.I. stated that Dan expressed fear and anger, he was 'afraid' and felt he was being 'pushed away' or excluded, from his Mom's life.
G. in photographic evidence, Anna is glowing as her son hugs her and new baby sister
H. in written evidence, Anna stated Dan was her 'rock' and 'the only person' who made her feel content and centered.
Conclusion: We're not in Kansas, ToTo.....6 months for Dan, 6 months for Anna....???

I never said the video itself never bothered me.
As far as I know, KE was the one who first mentioned that Daniel had a stomach ache before he left and that was in talking to him.
After that, a bunch of people said he had a stomach ache....But KE had to be the source. Kinda like the anorexic story.
I heard this last night and kinda liked it.

i doubt she'll have a practice much longer when the Calif Medical Review Board gets a hold of her...those faxes will sink her ship - I am personally surprised she hasn't been taken into custody in Los Angeles as at least a 'person of interest'.
we've learned so far, that lawyers have to be registered in specific states/countries to practice as attorneys in those states/countries. Would Stern even have authority to act for Anna in the Bahamas?
I wonder would that also apply to psychiatrists? Could Khrisvorkian be charged with practicing without the appropriate bahamian license? I'd like to see her charged for practicing while wearing that buttugly nightgown, too!

Not really. I do have questions about it, which I probably won't get the answers to.
Seems like she and HKS would both have to get a work permit or something? Didn't ANS and HKS or the Bahamas refuse to let someone do the DNA test a while back because they didn't have the correct permits?
No need to question the obvious. the video says it all. You seem to have an opinion that something could justify it.

Ok, here goes. At first, I thought the clown thing bizarre and that she might have been "on" something. But, I honestly can't say I am 100% certain she was totally whacked out on meds in that vid. She probably WAS on methadone, which was prescribed to wean/keep her off the other opiates she seemed to have preferred. It looks as though she had to be on methadone as obviously she was not "clean" before becoming pregnant. If administered properly to pregnant women, it's deemed to be safe for the baby. Truthfully, I wish she had never become pregnant. Not in her state. I think she's much more whacked out in the Christmas video, and I think she had a terrible Christmas without Danny, compounded by any guilt she and Howard most likely felt concerning his death. Even if Danny died by taking a methadone pill he had gotten himself, before going to the Bahamas, she would most likely still feel a lot of guilt. Chances are, though, he got the methadone in that hospital room, whether by accident or a stupid, tragic happenstance ( "take this, Danny, it might help you feel better).
The restaurant would be Delmonicos. No menu, no prices. Big ouch!
I did see a site for El Cortez, though. It's almost impossible to find nickel slot machines. They had them years ago, and when we can afford it, we are going there! As for Emeril, his food is too expensive. Damn shame :(

What can you say about it? You don't need to break it down into tiny tidbits for analysis and speculate and conjecture and on and on. Just look at it...prima facia, as they say.
On its face, what is the most troubling thing? Simple...Stern is videoing an out-of-it Anna. One can say that he's not serious, he's joking around, play acting yada yada. WHAT?? She's pregnant - he CLAIMS with HIS baby - obviously wasted on something and he's having a LARK with the whole thing? What more does one need to know?
The "making money from it" comment might be construed as a joke, or not; either way, it's the situation itself that is indefensible and extremely damning.

a lot of the stress could have been avoided -
1. the house mortgage papers could have been signed
2. the attorney fees owed to Callender could have been paid when due
3. the dna test on Dannilynn/Hannah could have been accomplished quickly
4. the 'setup' with Shane Gibson could have been avoided
5. the 'committment ceremony' before Dan was buried could have been postponed (note this was done, in spite of Stern slamming Birkhead for not waiting until Dan was buried, and in spite of Anna's attorney strongly advising her not to, leading him to quit immediately -adding to her isolation)
6. regardless of it being 'expensive', the body of Dan could have been returned to the States as Anna originally wanted and was talked out of; and Anna could have attended the family funeral in Texas and been comforted by her family
7. the move to Dubai Koward was scheming which I doubt Anna even knew about could have been postponed
8. the boxing match appearancesetup in Jan could have been cancelled
9. the boat-shoppingsetup in mid Feb could have been postponed
10. the trip to the Hard Rocksetup could have been postponed
11. a priority could have been placed on Anna's health, mental and physical
12. and the drugs could have stopped flowing like niagra.
with all those antagonists removed, the only thing Anna would have had to concern herself with was the perpetually=postponing inquest, and her baby.
