i doubt she'll have a practice much longer when the Calif Medical Review Board gets a hold of her...those faxes will sink her ship - I am personally surprised she hasn't been taken into custody in Los Angeles as at least a 'person of interest'.

we've learned so far, that lawyers have to be registered in specific states/countries to practice as attorneys in those states/countries. Would Stern even have authority to act for Anna in the Bahamas?
I wonder would that also apply to psychiatrists? Could Khrisvorkian be charged with practicing without the appropriate bahamian license? I'd like to see her charged for practicing while wearing that buttugly nightgown, too!

Seems like she and HKS would both have to get a work permit or something? Didn't ANS and HKS or the Bahamas refuse to let someone do the DNA test a while back because they didn't have the correct permits?
