Ok, here goes. At first, I thought the clown thing bizarre and that she might have been "on" something. But, I honestly can't say I am 100% certain she was totally whacked out on meds in that vid. She probably WAS on methadone, which was prescribed to wean/keep her off the other opiates she seemed to have preferred. It looks as though she had to be on methadone as obviously she was not "clean" before becoming pregnant. If administered properly to pregnant women, it's deemed to be safe for the baby. Truthfully, I wish she had never become pregnant. Not in her state. I think she's much more whacked out in the Christmas video, and I think she had a terrible Christmas without Danny, compounded by any guilt she and Howard most likely felt concerning his death. Even if Danny died by taking a methadone pill he had gotten himself, before going to the Bahamas, she would most likely still feel a lot of guilt. Chances are, though, he got the methadone in that hospital room, whether by accident or a stupid, tragic happenstance ( "take this, Danny, it might help you feel better).
Of COURSE she was on something in that clown video. Howard found it funny and also said he could make money off of it. He asked her if was a mushroom trip, so it was not likely she was on methadone for this video. He knows what meds she has--he normally picks them up for her and has many of them in his name. Why would anyone find being on a mushroom trip "funny" at 8 months pregnant? And what kind of person does that make HK$? It doesn't say much about ANS either, but she's dead.
Yeah, no doubt all those other opiates she seemed to have preferred were pushed aside in favor of the Methadone. Uh, not exactly. Dr. Kapoor stated that he prescribed her Methadone for PAIN.
Dr. Michael Baden the famed Pathologist on tv has stated that it's not the best pain med because it is so highly addictive and there are more appropriate ones, but the key thing he said was that it would otherwise be used as substitute for HEROIN. Period. Not a bunch of other opiates. But HEROIN. And she wasn't a Heroin addict, he said.
Oh, and you say - almost casually - well, maybe she wasn't wasted in the clown video, but probably on Methadone. Awwwwwwww. Just on Methadone. How comforting. No wonder Howard felt like the whole thing was such a lark.
Oh, almost forgot...yeah, the Psychiatrist friend Dr KE; did you notice she asked for opiates AND Methadone in her faxes to Kapoor and in her contacts with the Bahamian pharmacy where she tried to get all these meds when Kapoor said no?? So much for "SUBSTITUTING Methadone for all those other opiates she seemed to prefer"...
