This one is continuing the story started last week: Deathball. This story is a culmination of the awful memories I have being forced to play volleyball in Middle School.

Do I get them when I'm bad, or when I'm good?

;-)

Now I'm at 610.

See, the more people chat on a thread, the more views it gets. I'm loving this. Since posting FReeptoons regularly, the highest number of views I've gotten is 969.

So not only am I not minding all the chatting going on here, I'm glad it's happening.

Oh Yah, I almost forgot. There's Scary Tree, and Barking Dog. Last night the neighbor's dog barked A-L-L N-I-G-H-T L-O-N-G. If Scary Tree ain't out to get me, then it's the dog.

Actaully, I wish you could fix the dog problem more than the tree problem (when the wind's not blowing, anyway).

What's really tragic (and strange) about Barking Dog is that the owner died over the weekend from carbon monoxide poisoning, and the dog got left alone outside for a couple days (in the cold rain and wind) cause the family had to get out of the house.

According to police, the dad was using a ****GRILL**** to heat the house. The family is from Mexico, and apparently this is common practice, but I never ever heard of using a BBQ grill to heat your home, until a couple days ago.

Anyway, this poor dog has been left outside, barking all night long for the last couple days. :( The other neighbor has started feeding the dog on his own. Not sure what's going to happen to it.

That is terrible, the poor thing. I hope someone comes and gets it at some point or another.

We have a neighbor who's pretty much abandoned his house, even though he owns it. It's a big yard and a two-story house. But his wife left him a few years ago, and he hasn't been the same since. He doesn't take care of the place. He only comes by every now and then. I'm not sure where he stays. He gets drunk all the time. Sometimes he hires landscaping people to clean his yard. I've seen his pool: it's been abandoned for years and is now more of a swamp.

It's legal to have a fire in your yard here because we live outside the city limits. He actually put on a fire in the burnspot in his yard last night and left it there. Drove off while it was burning.

This neighbor guy that just died was kinda the same way in terms of neglect. He didn't take care of the house. He let his backyard go to the sh*ts. Before he died, the dog was already neglected because the family really didn't know how to take care of the dog properly. He was a real ass too (thus, my sympathy is with the dog). Every other week the dog would rebel (in my opinion) by tearing into all the garbage and would throw it all over the lawn. The owner would LEAVE all this crap laying in his yard for 5-7 days at a time before he cleaned it up.

Since his death on Saturday night, no one has been back to the house. And between me, you, and the lamppost, I can't believe someone could be so reckless as to use a BBQ grill in a house with small children. The whole family could have died.

Okay, enough tangents of deep serious talk. Here is a smiley face to make all the bad stuff go away.

I am queen of the tangent.

Yeah, I agree with you.

I hope something good happens to the dog. He needs a nice home. Following us home was the greatest thing that could ever happen to our dog.

As a pizza delivery boy, I really saw some horrible things like that. You see a lot of people who build 5 foot by 5 foot pens and put their dogs in their and put a big piece of plywood on top, and there you go. A "nice home" for the dog. And sometimes they never let the dog out, they just leave it in there and feed it.
