Quiet day got up about nine had breakfast then watched President Bush in Holland, our service in London and snippets from Paris. Brilliant speech by your President very moving.

Got a roast dinner for dad and me and had a quiet evening watching various tributes regarding VE Day celebrations and memories.

I just went to church and ran a few errands. I called my mother, but I won't see her until I visit next week.

We didn't do anything special today. My family took me to dinner last night and hubby cooked breakfast this morning.

I didn't do much today which was very nice.
