I don't associate wine and crappy water with "effervescence" at all. I saw pictures that had nothing to do with champagne when I searched for that and when I clicked on them many were French.

This is so cool, Amy! Thank you.
You are a brave lady to risk attack by an angry momma bird to get pictures of her babies to share with us. Did you say the young leave the nest as soon as they are born? Seems to me building a nest on the ground isn't real bright, LOL, but I am sure there is some good reason for it.

I think the song was probably recorded by several different artists and there may have been slight differences in the lyrics depending on the artist.

Ah, I did not know there were slight differences in the lyrics from one artist to another.
I thought "Fanny Brice" was listed on the lyrics because that is the character in the play who sang that part or song.
