Hi all. Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend.

Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening
by Robert Frost

Whose woods these are I think I know;
His house is in the village, though.
He will not see me stopping here
To watch his woods fill up with snow.

My little horse must think it queer
To stop without a farmhouse near
Between the woods and frozen lake
The darkest evening of the year.

He gives his harness bells a shake
To ask if there is some mistake.
The only other sound's the sweep
Of easy wind and downy flake.

The woods are lovely, dark and deep
But I have promises to keep
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.

Hi Victoria.

I may try it. Anything with chocolate and cream cheese must be good. I have a list of recipes that I want to try. I think I'd better quit freeping and start cooking. :)

Happy Chocolate Mint Day!!

Hope you are having a good weekend.

Oh yes, I love chocolate and cheese, too. One of my favorites is cheese cake. There was a time I ate it everyday when I was in college.

Was that lady celebrating Temporary Insanity Day?

I think the psychiatrist needs a psychiatrist.

Hello, Darksheare. I hope you are having a wonderful weekend.

Pretty good actually.
Just took a small walk up at Highpoint in NJ.
(Froze my ears off, but that's beside the point.. and merely a trifle. Ears are optional at extra cost.)
*chuckle*

I'm saving the recipe. Thanks Amy.

I think that pie goes with this song:

If I Knew You Were Comin' I'd've Baked a Cake...

I was doing it because Mr K wanted me to, he said he could build a data base from it. I don't know how..

Thanks for the compliment. I am working on another breaking story to expose the corruption in Erie County legislature.
