Watch the Food Channel. Emilio cooks up a storm of good stuff. He has a jazz band behind him and a "panel" of help. The camera turns to him and a little boy talking like gangsters on a covered table with a candle. Funny. Catch the replay.
Emilio's alter-ego is a cute Italian woman doing the opposite of him.

Hi Amy. It's good to see you too.
To: BobS
Good evening, BobS
I watch Emilio on the Food channel once in awhile. I've never cooked anything that he gave a recipe for but he is fun to watch.

Sounds funny, alright. I've watched Emeril, and he's also funny. I like his show a lot.
To: BobS
You sure his name isn't Emeril?
To: Victoria Delsoul
It's an experience. But does any one remember what to do besides throw everything together? He has steps that I can't remember. So I have pots, ingredients, defrosting meat just sitting there?
TV creates a short attention span.

I don't watch TV as I used to, not that I watched a lot, but besides a few good movies and the news, TV is pretty much over for me.
To: JustAmy
Wow, I love that song, Amy. Thanks.
To: Victoria Delsoul
Yes, it's Emeril. Let's create a salad. Start with little tomatoes. Throw in some fresh lettuce. Olive oil. Parsley. Red onions. Sliced Parmesan. Wine. Chives. Beans. Toss it in the air for the oxidation and serve.
Accurate?

Yeah, sure - that's him, the guy's hilarious.
I found a song by Jimmy Durante... one sec.
To: JustAmy
Amy, you should have watched Emeril tonight! On stage with a backup jazz trumpet section. It beat the Sci-Fi channel for me which is a back-up when news becomes ridiculous:)

Young at heart.

Watch out for the very cute Italian chef that follows him, though. She has other ideas about food:) All I need to do is write down both of their ingredients and I will be ahead if I could just boil water:)

Speaking of Italian food, here is tango Italiano for you... with lyrics and all.
Un Tango Italiano, un dolce Tango
Ho sentito una notte suonar
Sotto un cielo lontano ...
Quel Tango Italiano, this is the Tango
That was born when our love had its start
On the night that I found you ...
You were so warm and so near
And my heart climbed a stairway to the stars ...
Un Tango Italiano, un dolce Tango
Ha portato un ricchiamo d'Amor
Al mio stanco e nostalgico cuor
E mi hai fatto per sempre tornar
Dal mio amore Italiano ...
