Not to mention funny, Every time Biden tries to tell a joke, he rambles, pauses, forgets then says "anyway, I'm taking too much time" and stops. It's dementia, not getting better.

Like all people with dementia there is the thread of a thought in there somewhere and you have to try to figure it out for them if you want to. Sometimes you just get it wrong or never do know what they are saying. Mostly it is not important but this is supposed to be the president?
