He reminds me of Tim Conway’s Old Man character he did on the Carol Burnett show.
The old man character was 100x more lucid that shuffling Brandon. Not to mention funny, Every time Biden tries to tell a joke, he rambles, pauses, forgets then says "anyway, I'm taking too much time" and stops. It's dementia, not getting better.
