Holy crap. I knew Biden has been traveling a lot recently and probably had very little time to take his usual naps, but is he actually sundowning for real? This is completely incoherent.

I saw that clip. I also noticed Blinken nervously peering around the corner behind Biden. As another poster said, he was probably wondering where the SOS is in the chain of succession when there’s no Speaker of the House!
But seriously, it was scary. Biden was completely incoherent.
I suspect that he’ll have an “unwittnessed” fall, at home, in DE, with only Dr Jill there, and end up in a coma.
Looks like Biden’s sharp decline has overwhelmed his medication.
The democrats have a problem. Do they have time to buy out Heels-Up and get the replacement processes going?
Remember when they made Trump take an embarrassing and insulting Alzheimer’s cognitive test and were talking about invoking the 25th Amendment to remove Trump from for loss of mental capabilities
Maybe joe should take that test instead

Trump should get Biden to agree to have three debates with the Republican nominee.
Joe Biden is the ideal 2024 Democratic candidate.
He’s incoherent off Air Force One as well.
John Kirby and Blinken looked like they were holding their breath, then Biden smacked Karine down. It was an interesting glimpse into the dynamics of this White House.

He’s incoherent everywhere else, too.
His phrasing actually suggests to me that he’s being fed lines in tiny chunks. The way he developed brown eyes in recent years and he seems to be shifting his eyes as if he is reading short lines makes me think they could be using this technology with him:

Towards the end, he made sense to me. At beginning of clip, I had trouble understanding his words above the plane noise.
