Donald Trump Jr. was deposed earlier this month by Washington, D.C. attorney general Karl Racine in a probe of former President Trump’s inaugural committee, a court filing indicates.
Racine is spearheading a probe into the alleged misuse of inaugural funds involving a payment made by the Trump Organization to a D.C. hotel for nearly $50,000 in 2017, the week of the inauguration.
Trump Jr., a Trump Organization executive, in the deposition, stated he did not authorize spending $50,000 from his father’s inaugural committee on hotel rooms for his friends.
Racine has sued the organization and Trump’s D.C. hotel over misuse of inaugural funds.

He should take the 5th on everything. Nothing he says will be used to help.

This is a red flag that the Democrats did exactly what they are accusing.
I forget the movie but some guy was brought in for questioning said he wouldn’t answer anything. The investigator said “okay shall we get started?” the guy looked at his atty and said “do I have to answer that?”

If there were ever a scenario that could accurately be portrayed as “Kafkaesque” it would be the Trump family experience being scourged by Democrat hand using the full power of the government and media as the whip.
Trump needs to, in quasi-British style, set up a “shadow cabinet.”
He needs to have his own people, the “shadow ministers,” commenting regularly on the Biden administration and their daily activities.
America will listen and it will carry weight, particularly because Biden is such a putz
The democrats follow no rules on the use of funds, their criminal activity is out in the open and ignored. When a corrupt government wants to target their opposition, they will find a crime where none exists.
