ATLANTA — Judge Timothy Batten in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia has dismissed the lawsuit. A similar suit in Michigan was also dismissed this morning. Powell will appeal to the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta, which dismissed a similar suit brought by attorney Lin Wood this weekend.
I suspect that all the cries to do something from State GOP are meaningless pandering. While some of them truly wish to do something I think they all know it isnt going to happen.
I'd vote for them, over you, in a heartbeat. And I don't care what party they are, were, or will be in the future.
They are fighters. They speak of God, honesty, and America. And they don't just talk, they walk. Right in the face of incredible obstacles.

There were several but the main ones seem to be the case really belongs in state court, not federal. The suit asked the court to demand that the SOS decertify the election but the federal court has no power to do that.
Of course they also say the plaintiffs lack standing.
the stolen election can be restored by the state legislatures (if they will do their jobs, it is not clear that they will however our Founders provided for them to do it if they only will)
or by the courts.
anything in the courts will have to get up to the US Supremes to be decided...lower courts like the one in this article can decide PRO honest elections or CON honest elections... either way it won’t matter much... because their decisions will just get appealed up to the Supreme Court anyway
so it is well that these lower courts appear to be issuing their decisions quickly, it enables the cases to get up to the Supreme Court quickly
note: the SorozNazi DNC election thieves thought they had the US Supreme Court rigged, too......don’t think they didn’t have this figured out.....they did....Roberts is under their control (probable blackmail or at least some serious threats?) so they had the Supreme Court pretty well backstopped, controlled. Until Old Ruthie died on them.
now at least there’s a chance that the US Supremes will vote for honest elections. we will see.... we will see... it will avoid CW2 so I am praying for it

Lack of standing. Thats the get all when a case is a slam dunk but the swamp creature judge doesn’t want it to proceed as it would be bad for the swamp.
