What was the reason for the dismissal?

There were several but the main ones seem to be the case really belongs in state court, not federal. The suit asked the court to demand that the SOS decertify the election but the federal court has no power to do that.

Of course they also say the plaintiffs lack standing.

I am curious as to your opinion as to the date change by Alito for the PA case.

I theorize that it is just that a clerk made a mistake and didnt realize the significance of Dec 9 versus Dec 8.

I would think Sidney Powell would know that before filing the suit in a federal court, no??

She seems very competent, but filing in the wrong venue would seem to be an egregious mistake. I question that she would have done this.
