The judge has already thrown out Orly's motion. (Not on the merits, but simply because Orly is too incompetent to even file a motion in federal court correctly.)

The most glaring mistake in the “punked” copy is that the word “Maiden” (just under the stain) looks to be misspelled as “Maieen.”

I would think it depended on the community:

When I was divorced there was no question about who was who. The lawyers, judge etc were all people that my husband had grown up with and I had all their kids in school. They knew the parties.

I cannot make out the 0 in the number clearly enough to see whether it is an oh or a zero. Further, my memory, which may not be correct, is that there was a number in that place on the original certificate.

I further am skeptical about the initials for Lavender--was his name E F or K F ? Again, my memory on the original was K F. Both of those things may be wrong on your picture. Certainly the O is wrong on the earlier picture you posted; if we are looking at the same image, is it possible that even at 11:36 EST on Sunday, Scribd had been hacked?

There is a dissertation on this on one of the earlier threads or earlier on this one. I may try to look it up if I get a chance.

Sorry, Orly -- Judge Throws Out Fake Kenyan Birth Certificate

The title is misleading as the judge didn't rule on BC only on the filing.

On Saturday, Orly Taitz filed in federal court the forged Kenyan birth certificate for President Obama that she'd discovered. It lasted in the file for less than a week -- on Thursday, a judge ordered the motion that Taitz had submitted stricken from the court record....

In the order, which can be downloaded in PDF form here, the judge says the motion was improperly filed "for the following reasons: Lacks proper notice; improper form and format; Counsel failed to identify her Cal. State Bar No.; description of motion conflicts or differs from that which counsel entered on Court's e-docket."

Public opinion is important as well.

I see no down side to this.  It has raised public awareness and more and more people are wondering what Obama is hiding.  His approval rating is eroding, Obamacare has lost support and I have no problem kicking the Marxist while he's down.

I no longer have any doubt, Obama is NOT eligible for POTUS.

By some peoples understanding, that crazy President of Iran could marry a US citizen, have a child born here, and that child would be eligible for POTUS.  Same goes for that nut in North Korea.  These are scary times.

How do you know that E.F. Lavender is in this picture? If you have any information that he is authentic, and the picture is authentic it is very important that you provide the information to Orly Taitz.
Do you recall reading the post that said there was a plaque honoring E.F. Lavender’s gov’t service on the gov’t building housing the vital birth records in Mombasa? Please respond to this request because it is very important to get this information to the Orly. Thanks.
