I would say, no...not based on that anyway. See here http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2306351/posts?page=7589#7589
Basically, we need another Certified Copy of a BC requested in 1964. This is not easy. Why do people request certified copies? For some odd purposes. Do they then keep them? That’s a big question. I agree with someone who said up the thread that the documend WND got is like apples to oranges.
Glad to hear that you liked the movie. My only complaint would have been that I would have liked to see Eduardo shave his beard, but I’m guessing that it woul dhave been hard to feel his pain if he had looked as good as he does.
Seriously, that was a wonderful movie with a great pro-life message. I’m sorry that it had such a limited run. I saw it in the theatre & I own it on DVD, but my daughter borrowed it. I’ll probably have to buy another copy.
Poor salamander - I don’t want to get him/her in trouble again! I guess I can take the heat this time around! :)
It was the only one I found that had a tear, I’m sure they didn’t place that there...
Because they have to provide them for various reasons from time to time. I doubt that anyone besides the jurisdiction where you were born has an ORIGINAL birth certificate. They are all copies and they are certified to assure the person checking that they are accurate.
By the time that the 14th was enacted, there were not likely any significant number of slaves whose parents had not been brought in legally. And I doubt that the writers of the ammendment were viewing anything like the issue we are. They were just trying to create voters out of non-voters.
You are good sport! - as they would have said in old colonial Kenya. Of that I’m certain. :)
Its not a tear at all, its an editing error.
Copy it to your hard drive and lighten it up with a photo editor, and you will see the cloning smear.
TWO Kenyans ???????
LOL
I was laughing at the possibilty...
Not at you...
Not so. Among others...see here: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/2306351/posts?page=7589#7589
That sure looks like document that has been around a while to me...
I posted on the other thread that I find it funny that David Weigel is neck deep in this fraud.
The creases, staple hole, and smudge are more difficult to get "exact".
In comparing the so-called "punked" image to the image downloaded early Sunday morning when the story broke, I see the following inconsistencies (I'm sure there's more others will spot as well) in the "punked" image, mostly on the creases, which are harder to duplicate:
Those two statements from WND are confusing, but I don’t know if I’d label them ‘lies.’ Hopefully they’ll address the discrepancy - or what they were referring to. Also note, that the ones saying the Kenyan BC looked likely to be a forgery were ‘African sources’ whereas in the first story, they say WND has been able to obtain BCs from Kenya for comparison. In the second story they say there are ‘differences.’ Anyhow, I agree, confusing to say the least...kind of like this whole story, huh?

WND was able to obtain other birth certificates from Kenya for purposes of comparison, and the form of the documents appear to be identical.
Vs.
http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=106135
WND obtained several samples of Kenyan birth certificates in use around Aug. 4, 1961, the date of Obama’s, showing differences from the Taitz document.
I think they sent her to Canada (even though I was hoping this Kenya thing was real) for the “free” childbirth.
Freeper Salamander made that while trying to darken the original for clarity. The ‘tear’, etc. ... just jpg artifacts.
The tear thing has been taken apart ad nauseum earlier in the thread. It was created (not on purpose) by a freeper who I won’t bother naming or pinging ‘cause she’s been tormented enough! She was trying to get the words more clear and the image with the supposed tear was the result.
Pay it no mind. You can read from a couple of days ago and find out all the boring details.
