this site is more reliable, but they list 12 December 1963 to 12 December 1964 as "Dominion of Kenya" and after that as "Republic of Kenya."

The two different font/type or whatever were Pica and Elite. Pica was larger, probably equal to 12 pt. type and Elite was smaller, probably equal to 10 pt. type.
By the way, just how old are those socks?

I would guess that this document was produced from the original records in that year because someone (perhaps Obama Sr.) needed proof of Barry's birth for some reason. It's about the time of the Stanley Ann-Barrack Sr, divorce. In fact that date falls between the filing and the decree dates. Closer to the filing.

If this thing gains credibility, large portions of the military will ignore his orders. Without his army, he's nothing. Ding ding ding. The only thing that Gives Obama any power the U.S. is his command over a military loyal to the Constitution alone. If Obama is determined to be constitutionally illegitimate then it's over and he has to leave office. Well, unless he wants to try to bypass the Constitutional system as happened in Honduras, that is.

She might only have been 4 or 5 months pregnant when when went TO Kenya. People back in Hawaii didn't know there was a baby on the way and didn't see him until he was a month old. If not in Hawaii, where was Ann and her baby bump?

Ann could have been using it...OR ...it could have just been used for the birth announcement.
Not sure why they just wouldn’t use Toots address..unless people would know that Ann wasn’t there.

This is an interesting observation. Any independent FR confirmations of this possible?
This is just more static thrown into the air to see what sticks. The form is showing monospaced typeface which were designed for typewriters. Typewriter spacing could only move in the same distance forward as the character typed. The lettering lines up. Further, "student" was corrected by a typeover.
I don't want to age myself, but this typeface looks very similar to what I used in college on a manual typewriter.
