I'm not willing to crawl out on that limb but I'm reserving judgment. I did take the time to save it as a jpg on my machine. Things have a way of disappearing. Odd that.

IMO, the issue isn't where he was born because Stanley Ann was an American citizen and, I think, that makes her kids citizens as well. Except, Obama was adopted by his Indo step-dad. That makes him an Indo citizen. Also, if he accepted college money as a foreign student, then by his own admission, he is not a citizen but an alien.

I think that is the way we should go.

Kenya became independent from Great Britain on December 12, 1963.

A republic was declared on December 12, 1964.

The document says Republic of Kenya. It is dated February 17, 1964.

Here is an exerpt from Clearing the Smoke on Obama’s Eligibility: An Intelligence Investigator’s June 10 Report regarding a constitutional crisis.

Related to this topic is the situation where another COUNTRY could potentially make such a birth certificate challenge. THis is a considerable worry according to the following excerpted post from A FRP poster, whose link I no longer have for the purpose of giving credit to the poster. He talks about a generally not discussed issue of the importance of Ob having a proven birth certificate from 1961d relating to international relations:
