I haven’t had time to watch the speech but doubtless those who have will have plenty to say in response in the comments. I did see that Rush revisited his point about wanting The One to fail, which gives the media ample excuse to run with it, sans context, for another week. Stephanopoulos used it to make Cantor squirm on “This Week” this morning and Rahm Emanuel took full advantage by painting the GOP as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rush Inc.
